Kim Carroll M.S., CCC-SLP is owner and director of Speech Therapy Solutions, Inc. in Salem, NH and The Speech and Language Center in North Andover, MA. Kim has been practicing in the field of speech/language pathology for over 18 years. Kim graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Master of Science in Communications Sciences and Disorders in 2004. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Before opening up her private practice, Kim worked as a Speech Language Assistant and then a Speech Language Pathologist in an elementary school setting.
Kim’s experience includes working with both children and adults. She has worked with children ages 2-18 with a variety of speech and language disorders. Kim has experience in the following areas: articulation and phonological disorders, language delays and language disorders, social pragmatic disorders, and fluency. She has experience working with low tech AAC and incorporating visual supports for children on the Autism Spectrum. Kim has completed continuing education to broaden her knowledge and expertise in the field of Speech Language Pathology. Kim is trained in the Visualizing and Verbalizingâ Program for Cognitive Development, Comprehension, and Thinking and the Lindamood Phoneme Sequencingâ Program for Reading, Spelling, and Speech (LiPS).
Kim is lifelong resident of Salem, NH and wanted to serve her community by providing quality speech therapy services to families in the area. In 2006 she opened Speech Therapy Solutions. When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering at her children’s school, traveling, and skiing.

Jill's experience is multifaceted and includes experience with people across the lifespan. Jill has worked in nursing homes, acute care hospitals, acute care rehabilitation hospitals, elementary schools, preschools, and in outpatient clinical settings.
Jill has specialized training in Lindamood-Bell's Visualizing and Verbalizing, Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing Program for Reading, Spelling, and Speech (LiPS), as well as, focused interested in diagnostics, dyslexia and other literacy based speech and language disorders, articulation, and dysphagia. Jill is proficient in Modified Barium Swallows among other clinical bedside dysphagia evaluations (FEEs, BSE). She also has a passion for teaching and mentoring. She has supervised numerous graduate students and several clinical fellows over the years.
Jill's most recent passion and current clinical focus is on the completion of Comprehensive Speech and Language Evaluations. These evaluations require more in depth diagnostics to look at the child's unique learning profile and how this can be applied in the academic environment. Jill is currently working toward her board certification in child language disorders.
When not working, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

Allison Sweeney, MS CCC/SLP graduated from Northeastern University in 2013 with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in Speech-Language Pathology by the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Allison has experience working with children ages 3-21 in school-based settings as well as adults in private and rehabilitative settings. Allison strives to create engaging therapy sessions that are individualized to the needs and interests of each patient. Her communication with parents and families is an integral component to her therapy approach, as this education promotes generalization of speech and language skills to the home environment. Allison's clinical interests include articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
When she is not working, Allison enjoys reading, playing piano and guitar, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah Lippincott M.S., CCC/SLP graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2018. She earned Certificate of Clinical Competence in March 2019. She obtained a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in her time as a graduate student through her extensive coursework and training as a Leadership Education for Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) trainee. Sarah has experience working with the pediatric population in the clinical and school-based settings. She values family-centered intervention and loves engaging families and clients in the therapy process, from evaluation to discharge. Sarah is always seeking to expand her knowledge in skills in the area of speech language pathology through research, reading, and learning from fellow clinicians.
